About The Role

St. Helens Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a dedicated and qualified Adults Social Worker to join our Transitions to Adulthood Team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting young people as they transition from children's to adult services. Responsibilities will include planning and coordinating services, as well as handling tasks related to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) and Court of Protection (CoP) work.

Key Responsibilities
