£25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000 in the first year)

Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
• Source candidates using our ATS system and LinkedIn for live roles with our retained clients.
• Approach passive candidates through headhunting and personalised LinkedIn messages.
• Manage comprehensive processes from start to finish, including interviewing, prepping, and closing candidates.
• Set and achieve ambitious goals and targets.
• Participate in 10 hours of learning and development each week during your first month.
