About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Homeless Relief Officer to join our team. This position involves managing homeless applications coming from Home Office accommodation. Key responsibilities include:

Assessing clients under the Housing Act 1996

Conducting thorough enquiries

Performing detailed housing assessments

Location: The successful candidate will work primarily from the town hall in Reigate. We offer flexibility with the option to work from home one day per week.

Ideal Candidate

Experience with Locata Housing software

Multilingual skills are highly desirable

Strong background in housing assessments and homelessness relief
