B1\B2 level (intermediate) or higher; -ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with these different groups of people; -experience working with targets and priorities; -ability to solve complex issues. Responsibility: -present our drivers and customers with an offer of new conditions and promotions; -create strong relations with local business, such as cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. to expand our connections and build a strong branding campaign and affiliate advertising plan; -handle promotional campaigns to spread awareness about our service; -communicate with e-hailing riders, help them with registration process and current travel issues via live chat and on the phone; -help customers with questions and complaints related to our service; -work with violations of the rules of service.
