With growth opportunities, Hiring urgently. Job Description: 1. Have up to date knowledge of all hotel services and functions at all times. 2. Develop knowledge of hotel structure, fixtures, fittings and plant. 3. Understand the Hotel’s fire and safety procedures. To undergo training in all fire and security measures every quarter. 4. Interact with Maintenance Staff, and communicate effectively with peers and superiors. 5. Have good knowledge of hotel staff rules and regulations as stipulated in the Employees’ Handbook. 6. Repair and maintain all minor fixture and fittings. 7. As the head of the department you are required to advice the Excom in cost saving of the energy, safety aspect of the hotel. 8. Carry out a Preventative Maintenance Programme on all pieces of mechanical equipment and rooms. 9. Repair and maintain all mechanical equipment including kitchen and laundry equipment. 10.
