RG Consultancy are working with a company within the public sector who are looking a finance officer to join the company on a full time, permanent basis. This role reports into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for financial processing.

Duties Will Include
• Processing and uploading purchase invoices
• BACS and CHAPs payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Distribution of cash
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Inter company recharges
• Journals, prepayments and journals
• Assist with audits
• Other ad-hoc duties

Skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage
• SAGE software knowledge would be an advantage
