RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an expanding client in the Property Development industry who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their large finance team.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days at home 2 in the office based in Altrincham

The role is supported by the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following:
• Posting deferred income and reviewing rental income against budget
• Ensuring costs are accrued or prepaid in the correct periods
• Production of monthly management accounts
• Providing commentary on areas of significant variance
• Production of month-end balance sheet reconciliations
• Generation of rental invoices
• Managing the service charge reconciliations
• Monitoring tenant recharges
• Providing support and guidance to the purchase ledger team
• Preparation of VAT returns monthly and quarterly
• CIS Reporting
• Tracking overhead costs against budget
