RG Consultancy are working with a well-established Company based in Altrincham who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to work with and report to their Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity for an already experienced Accounts Administrator who would like to expand their skill set further and is interested in working in the retail industry.

Duties
• Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of all bank transactions.
• Communicating with branches to ensure all necessary information is sent to Head Office, and following up on any missing documentation.
• Reconciling and ensuring accuracy of monthly intersystem payments across various accounting systems.
• Assisting branches in identifying and correcting till errors.
• Reconciling branch deposits with cash, cheque, and card payments received.
• Ensuring accuracy of shop takings by matching them with the retail ledger.
• Preparing and entering journal entries into the accounting system.
