Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with bank branch staff and identify potential insurance customers.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer financial situations and risk tolerance.
• Recommend and present suitable insurance products (life, health, etc. ) tailored to individual customer needs.
• Clearly explain features, benefits, and terms of insurance policies to ensure customer understanding.
• Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
