We are looking for a high-performing Channel Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Roles And Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
• Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
• Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate
• Qualification: Graduation/Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Local candidates hire first.
• Have good negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities
