A Team Sales Manager lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analysing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

• Recruit a team of highly motivated financial advisors and consultants from the open market.

• Motivate and support your team to generate a leads of prospective customers
• Drive a business together with your team to close those leads by selling life insurance
• Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity
• Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
