Systems Engineer needed on contract to join an established defence firm in the Reading area.
• Candidates will need either Current DV Clearance, or sole UK nationality to be eligible to obtain. *

What The Role Of The Systems Engineer Entails

Some of the main duties of the Systems Engineer will include:
• Ownership of the DOORS model and enforcing the requirements management plan.
• Configuring the DOORS model as defined by the PBS.
• Support the Requirements Lead in developing and maintaining the DOORS information schema aligned to the programme needs.
• Creating and maintaining linksets, baselines & baseline sets, modules, types, attributes etc.
• Developing and reporting on requirements metrics.
• Provide tool support to the wider engineering community.
• Verification and validation of the DOORS requirements for the system.
