Quality Engineer needed on contract to join an established defence firm in the Reading area.
• Candidates will need either Current DV Clearance, or sole UK nationality to be eligible to obtain. *

What The Role Of The Quality Engineer Entails

Some of the main duties of the Quality Engineer will include:
• Conducting the Review, Learn and Improve by reviewing the historical data and conducting the critical assessment of any deviations to inform the design of products
• Historical data will include electronic and hard copy files
• Delivering SMART recommendations on refinement of the design process.

What experience you need to be the successful Quality Engineer:
• Mechanical Engineering background is essential
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools and techniques
