The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all the Aviation company and customer technical records comply with internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Skills: Experience working within a Part-145 MRO.

So, what will you be doing as a Technical Records Administrator?
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Collect, review, and file paperwork from check management, distributing corrections as needed.
• Audit all Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, work packs, and engineering documentation.
• Compile reports for the Lead Technical Records Administrator and the company's management.
• Scan and electronically file documentation according to local procedures.
• Use AMOS/STREAM to support Technical Records activities.
