Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work. The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE. The role will involve dealing with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, property development/investment work, renewable energy projects and more.
