In this pivotal role, you will focus on blue-collar construction recruitment, particularly freelance opportunities. As part of our Cambridge office, you'll manage candidate generation, build rapport with operatives, and ensure compliance. You'll be equipped with jobs ready to hit the ground running and play a part in our strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with operatives and account managers to match candidates to roles.

Updating and managing our database and hiring tools.

Ensuring operatives comply with HMRC and CSCS regulations.

Handling client communications regarding timesheets and inquiries.
