One of our top clients, based in beautiful Henley-on-Thames, are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their increasingly busy team.

The Role
• Provide project and administrative support for all projects.
• Obtaining quotations, understanding lead times and prices on products and suppliers, advising clients accordingly and obtaining their approval to proceed
• Raising orders in the internal PO system, requesting client POs and placing orders with suppliers
• Tracking delivery of orders, maintaining communication with the relevant parties (colleagues, clients, contractors).
• Preparation of site set up folders and organisation of all equipment at the beginning of a project, in line with all requirements
• Assist with the collation of O&M Manuals and ensuring the information is collated in time for Practical Completion
