Duties Include
• Utilising the CRM system
• Ensuring all data is up to date
• Sending out documentation
• Providing strong customer service
• Answering queries via email and telephone
• Maintaining strong communication with colleagues
• Coordinating and Scheduling

• Planning and organisation of external suppliers
• Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings and ensuring diaries are operating efficiently
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Raising purchase orders
• Resolve customer enquiries
