This position provides essential support to WL GM Office in the areas of office administration, site communications, meeting coordination and contractual tracking and reporting.Does this pique your interest? Coordinating the workflow of department manager/line director:
Managing scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Coordinating meetings, such as booking rooms, sending invites, ordering catering.
