【業務内容】

ホテル内ペストリーキッチンにて、すべてのケーキ、デザートの仕込み、仕上げ、管理全般をご担当いただきます。
コースデザートやスイーツビュッフェ、ウェディングケーキや宴会のデザートを幅広く対応していただきます。季節ごとに新しい食材やメニューについて、プレゼンテーションのアイディアを出していただける方を歓迎いたします！！

A Demi Chef_Pastry prepares and cooks food in all areas of the kitchen according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
