Description

 Responsible to set up new production line with lean manufacture knowledge.
 Responsible to manage and lead a team of Production Operators in meeting production schedules and quality targets.
 Responsible to improve production process to enhance the quality and maximize the production efficiency and productivity.
 Responsible to ensure the department’s activity conforms to health and safety requirements, including risk assessment, operating procedures, and the general policies and procedures of the company.
 Responsible to ensure good communication and working relationships with R&D, QC and engineering department.
 Responsible to repaired hydraulic pumps, couplings and gear trains.
 Responsible to ensure that stock levels are well maintained.
 Responsible to rebuilt faulty assemblies, including steering systems and linkage.
