Description

As an Accounting Assistant, you will support the accounting team in handling daily financial transactions and administrative work to ensure accurate financial records for the company. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling daily accounting tasks such as account reconciliation, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Maintaining and updating financial files to ensure all records are well-organized.
Assisting in reviewing and verifying financial data for accuracy and completeness.
Supporting the annual audit process by preparing relevant materials and documents.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments to resolve financial issues.
Completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
