Description

 Responsible for coordination and control of the production process in order to realize the planned production orders, respecting the quality standards requested by the client.
 Responsible to manage and lead a team of Production Operators in meeting production schedule and quality standards requested by the client.
 Responsible to plan, organize and motivate a team towards achieving manufacturing objectives.
 Responsible for address adjustments to schedule if it is disrupted by a lack of raw materials, manpower, downtime, quality issues, excess scrap, etc. Communicate these adjustments to others needing this information.
 Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work procedures and instructions in collaboration with the Technical and Training departments.
 Responsible for review production schedule and make sure that the proper people are assigned to the appropriate job tasks.
