Job title: Senior Human Factors Engineer

Location: Warton / (Brough and Frimley areas may be considered) Hybrid - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £54,793 - £60, 326 (Commensurate with skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:

Cutting edge research into new and novel technologies
Identifying and bringing new tools and techniques into the team, e.g. MBSE
Developing Human Machine Interfaces
Carrying out assessments in high fidelity facilities, whilst interacting with the end users including pilots, maintainers, trainers or support specialists
Co-ordinating and organising technical activities and available resources (people & facilities)
Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
Your skills and experiences:
