At present we are proud to represent a Health & Social Care organisation providing fantastic services across the UK who are looking to appoint a Fleet Support Officer on a hybrid contract based out of their Halesowen office.

This is a full time (37.5 hours pw) and permanent position paying £25k, with interviews scheduled for the start of June and an ASAP start date.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Providing administrative support across a fleet of 650 vehicles
• Acting as the first point of contact for any telephone and email enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of all vehicles using the in-house database, including new vehicles and break downs
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, including Tax and MOTs
• Working with external services to resolve repair issues
• Monitoring drivers’ licenses for endorsements and disqualifications
• Resolving queries in relation to any penalty charges
