Job Description

We are currently working in partnership with an established Housing Association located in Bedfordshire, who are recruiting for a Senior Housing Officer (ref: 46104). This is a permanent position and the start date for this role is as soon as possible, negotiable depending on your notice period.

The salary being offered for the role is £35,000 per annum and the ideal candidate will have access to a vehicle (onsite parking is provided).

Duties Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)
• Covering a patch of 500 properties shared across your team
• Daily management of two members of staff including (1 x Housing Officer, 1 x Housing Assistant)
• Providing support to the Housing Services Manager whilst they work on separate projects
• Completing quarterly reviews and providing relevant service updates to management
• Responsible for chasing rent arrears and trying to prevent arrears in the future by developing repayment plans
