Customer Service Advisor – Temp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP!!

Location: Halesowen, B63

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.30pm – Mon – Fri

Salary: £11.50ph (£24,000pa)

A rapidly growing e-commerce company is now looking for a customer service advisor to join and contribute to their continued growth. You will join a high-performance team and play an integral role in resolving customer enquiries.

Job Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Customer Interaction: Liaise with our customers via various channels, including email, phone and live chat, to address pre- and post-sale enquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
• Problem Solving: Understand customer concerns and proactively identify problems, implement solutions, while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
