Machine Shop Team Leader / Loughborough / 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday day shift / £16.00 to £18.00 per hour

You will be working for a manufacturing company as a Machine Shop Team leader overseeing a the production team.

You must have experience and be confident in CNC Routing and setting as this is also a hands on position preferably with wood making machines.

The company is quite new, but the majority of the 28 people working on the shop floor have been working together from the same manufacturing facility for several years. There is a strong sense of togetherness throughout the team and everybody grafts. Directors and Investors saved the jobs of all these people not so long back, and it is exciting for everyone they are growing by diversifying into new markets.
