What you will do
As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll tasked to speak directly to customers over the phone. They answer questions and attend to issues. Depending on one’s assignment, a Customer Experience Executive will handle inbound calls and live-chats. Here is what's waiting for you:
• Able to commit on 9.5 hours shift by 5 working days (including Saturday and Sunday)
• Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other services.
• Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Liaise with back-end support to solve issues/queries/concerns
