• Verify and process invoices, account payables & account receivables in the system and to reconcile the statement of accounts of suppliers and debtors.
• Handle bank-related application and bank reconciliation.
• Assists in month-end closing and assist in completing full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of records to support all accounting entries
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial data entries into accounting system are in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assists on yearly audited accounts, audit coordination’s and tax matters.
• Assists to prepare monthly/quarterly necessary documents as and when required by group
• Assume and carry out ad-hoc accounting projects or assignments. More Detail
