We have an exciting opportunity available at Bonta Italia:

Sales Support – Order Processor.

The candidate will take on the responsibilities of being our customers first point of contact, processing sales orders and monitoring customers deliveries, ensuring they arrive on time with no issues, general customers service.

This is a full-time role based at our HO in Sawbridgeworth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Processing orders

· Monitoring deliveries throughout the day

· Dealing with the warehouse on a daily basis and resolving any delivery issues when they occur

· Customer service

· Acknowledges all customers by responding to emails and phone calls

· Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary

Skills

· A positive and upbeat attitude

· Previous use of Microsoft Office

· Works well under pressure

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organisational skills
