We have an exciting opportunity available at Bonta Italia:

Sales Support – Office Assistant.

The candidate will take on the responsibility of Sales Support and manage the day to day running of the department. Customers service will be key as you will be our customers first point of contact. Assisting the Sales team with sales reports, updating price files, arranging samples and management of the office alongside the Operations Manager.

This is a full-time role based at our HO in Sawbridgeworth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Reports for the sales team to assist with their targets

· Updating customer information and price files on the company’s system

· Customer service

· Administrative work including filing, and preparing documents for the sales team’s customer meetings

· Organising sample requests

· Assisting the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the office
