Position: Internal Sales / Telesales Account Manager

The Company

The Vigilance Group was formed in 2007 and now operates from a 20,000 sq ft facility in Bristol, where it stocks in excess of £1,000,000 worth of new & used Conventional & CNC machine tools & industrial equipment, selling 250 to 300 machines each year. We have two divisions within the Business;
Vigilance Engineering Safety Products Ltd (where all financials for the Group are reported through) and Machine Tool Sales Online. Additionally, MTSO is the UK’s stocking distributor for the new range of MACH Machine Tools.

The Role

Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales.

To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
