Areas involved :-

Sales
• Manage tenant prospects and arrange hostels tours with the sales team. Convert new tenants.

Property Management
• Monitoring property cleanliness by housekeeping team.
• Manage rent collection and issuance of reminders. Recording and reporting the issue with facilities and contacting the relevant parties for problem solving.

Accounts
• Manage petty cash and record any financial transactions on a monthly basis. (Detailed accounting by others)

Promotion
• Assist in promoting the hostel services and working with the sales team to formulate promotional/marketing activities internally and externally.

Consultative role
• To meet potential tenants and guardians, enquire about their needs, matching of tenants, and problem solving, provide guidance and recommendations to tenants and guardians where required.
