CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM CASHIER

LOCATION : JELUTONG, PENANG

INTAKE : IMMEDIATELY

SALARY : RM1800

WORKING HOURS
• 10AM-8PM (M) / 11.30AM- 9.30 PM (A)
• 5 WORKING DAY, 2 DAYS OFF (ROTATIONAL)

Responsibilities
• Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing
• receipts to customers.
• Provide front-line customer service to (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction oriented.
• Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
• File documents and provide basic clerical tasks.
• Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting.
• Responsible for keeping retail, office, and store neat and presentable always.

Qualifications
• SPM and above
• Customer service experience, especially in the retail shop environment, will be an added advantage.
• Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage. More Detail
