To contribute to:

product uptime, dealer readiness and customer satisfaction.

By securing the maintainability and aftermarket tools and services in product and maintenance projects, as well as for quality issue solving (Quality Journal and campaign preparation).

To be accountable for:

delegating aftermarket related QDCF fulfillment at each project gates.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The overall responsibilities of the PMAM are:
• Manage projects (Ex. start cost projects, maintenance projects) and QJ&QSPs for aftermarket technology with support within team members.
