Job duties: Sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for all positions in Russia and CIS Communication with department leaders regarding their staffing needs, role requirements, job description etc. Accurate processing of candidates through all selection stages to ensure excellent candidates experience Ensure the interaction with Universities go in a proper way, i.e. conducting career fair, meeting with students, internship, fresh graduate employment, etc. Ensure accurate information on HR internal / external website is up to date Support other HR activities: on-boarding, training, HR branding, reporting. Requirements: University degree 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience Upper-intermediate English (both written and oral) is a must Good understanding of HR in-house role Proficiency with direct sourcing methods and tools Customer-centric mentality and flexibility Result-oriented approach.
