Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities Monitoring the trucks/trailers on the intercity deliveries across Russia for JIT arrivals/departures to/from loading and unloading sites. Monitoring timely trailer hitching/positioning/unhitching operations at the warehouse as well as for timely cargo cross dock. Ability to check drivers work/rest schedules and schedules of trucks and trailers usage. Preparing and checking of transportation documents. Preparing of basic documents for invoicing. Liaising with hauliers, dedicated team and various company departments. Updating company internal systems and ensuring timely data completion by the sub-contractors. Striving for continuous operations processes optimisation (Kaizen). Working with large data sets for producing statistical models, KPIs. Analysing historical data and projecting possible impact on running and forthcoming schedules of drivers (work & rest), warehouse operations and usage of trucks and trailers.
