Job Title : R&D Project Specialist Reports to: Head of R&D Responsibilities: Initiating and leading of improvement, optimization and saving projects for formulations, raw materials and technology Search for new materials and suppliers Organization and conduction of analytical testing for new materials Laboratory testing of product formulations Pilot plant testing of new formulations and technologies Participation in supplier audits and improvement actions Participation in production optimization processes Participation in new product development Requirements : Higher education (chemistry, chemical technology, cosmetics technology/food technology) At least 2 years in R&D (preferable in FMCG multinationals) as Product Development Specialist, R&D Specialist Laboratory work experience is a must English (Upper intermediate) Knowledge of local chemical market, experience with local ingredient suppliers Strong analyst, good communicator, leader.
