• Responsible for managing the application for Malaysia Halal Certification (submit new application & renewal)

• Responsible for managing the documentation and records regarding Halal (ingredient's Halal certificate)

• Verify documents and activities related to Halal Certification

• Verify changes made to raw material, supplier, product and process including Raw Material's master list

• Responsible to ensure that Halal Assurance System being implemented effectively according to the requirements.

• Assist to prepare, implement and compliance of documented quality system, procedure and instructions, eg. HACCP, MESTI, GMP, HALAL accreditations.

• Involving in maintaining physical condition of production by planning and implementing SOP for the production staffs.

• Handling the major audit programs of which like HACCCP, GMP, HALAL, MESTI audit.

• To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time.
