• Maintain Supplies Inventory by Checking Stock to Determine Inventory Level, Anticipating Needed Supplies, Placing and Expediting Orders for Supplies
• Responsible For the General Clerical Duties such as Filing, Data Entry & Providing Administrative/Accounts Support to Management.
• Able to do data entry.
• Handling Daily Phone Calls and Incoming / Outgoing Emails.
• Demonstrated Ability To Accept Responsibility & Work Effectively Both Independent & With a Team
• Manage, Prepare and Distribute All Correspondence, Notices, Memos and etc.
• Responsible For Day-to-Day Administrative Support And Any Other ad-hoc Matter as Assigned.
