Qualifications & experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• General understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Process knowledge in computer and hands on in mechanical measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• CMM operation knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to travel (JB / Penang) to supplier / customer site
• Required Skill(s): procurement, analytical skills, business application skills, negotiation skills
• A team player, has strong negotiation skills, good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Prepare a detailed & comprehensive FAIR report for the customer.
