Description? Responsible for hostel management and ensure that foreign workers follow company's law and discipline.
? Dealing with agent regarding foreign workers matters and hostel owners.
? Responsible for monthly payroll and salary pay-out in a timely manner
? Responsible for daily attendance checking for all employees
? Maintain employees personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current and complete
? Prepare letter of appointment, increment, contract, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo and other employment related letters
? Managing foreign worker's incentive.
? Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time and ad-hoc tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENT
? Proficient in HR matters.
? Experience in handling payroll for 200 employees is an added advantage.
? Experience working with CHECK TIME attendance and SQL payroll system is an added advantage.
? High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
