Responsible for monthly payroll and salary pay-out in a timely manner
- Responsible for daily attendance checking for all employees
- Develop recruitment plan to support manpower needs and handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
- Maintain employees personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current and complete
- Prepare letter of appointment, contract, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo and other employment related letters
- Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in HR matters.
- Experience in handling payroll for 200 employees is an added advantage.
- Experience working with CHECK TIME attendance and SQL payroll system is an added advantage.
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
