Job Responsibility
• Submits and follows up with all authorities on approval matters during planning until completion stage. ensure regulatory requirements are complied.
• Work closely with the consultant team on regulatory application and approval.
• To coordinate and monitor external parties (consultants and contractors) and report to project managers to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Joins consultant and contractor meetings to report and follows up on the projectsâ progress.
• Controlling company and project documentation
• Create and maintain document control for individual projects
• Closely monitor and manage the interim payment claims
• Help to prepare and assist project managers in some general work.
• Help and provide assistant in all site administrative works
• Assist project teams communicate with headquarters and coordinate in general issue
