• Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science

Tasks & responsibilities
• Provide continuous updates to users and IT supervisor on all tasks assigned.
• Provide support for systems and workstations at Hospital.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues raised by users and IT Department.
• Update site documentation and monthly service maintenance report
• Ensure all issues and cases are recorded in the Hospital helpdesk system
• Prompt escalation to IT Engineers for unresolved issues
