Job Responsibility
• Processing Transactions, issuing vouchers and updating ledgers
• Assisting in preparing Financial Report
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
• Responsible for Accounts Payable functions
• Input data for trade & non-trade into systems.
• Checking monthly statements of accounts from creditors.
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts, handle cash book and bank reconciliation
• Check and process expense claim
• Verify and perform payments by issuing cheques/ by cash/ over the bank counter.
• Perform data entry in accounting systems & record transactions.
• Perform filing and documentation work.
• Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• Required Skill(s): - MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint
• Accounting Software: - SQL Accounting, Autocount Accounting System
