• Assigns work to and evaluates performance of subordinates.
• Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, assigned duties, problem to be solved, actionable milestones, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
• Coach the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods, provide advice on work methods, practices, and procedures, and assist the team and/or individuals in identifying parameters for a viable solution.
• Interprets the contract plans and specifications and directs that enforcement of such for all assigned projects under construction.
