Summary:
The Seller Communications and Administration is responsible for providing end to end effective Marketplace administration support as well as ensuring coordination & planning of all seller communications.
FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seller Communications Services
• Review seller journey and identify events that require automated seller communications.
• Identify and recommend communication channels that are appropriate for each communication element.
• Review content for all automated seller communications to ensure relevancy and accuracy.
• Work closely with the Marketplace team to plan for and execute all ad hoc seller communications.
Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to the Marketplace team in line with the relevant policies and procedures.
