Implement strategy, policies and procedures
• that you are always up to date on company strategy and that your department and team members always act in line with this strategy
• to the formulation and effective implementation of your department strategy together with your sales manager and team
• full understanding and correct implementation of the strategy in your team
• plans agreed with the sales manager in line with strategy and review implementation of these plan regularly with the sales manager
• that you and your team members are up to date on all relevant company policies and procedures and follow up on to ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures by your team

Financial and Budgeting
• agreed department budgets and target obtained from your sales manager (sales, margin, cost /expenses ratio, stock loss results, increase inn promotional sales) through proactive management
• sales at article level
• that targeted margin is achieved at article level
